How long will my order take to ship?
  • orders are packaged & posted the day you order
  • shipment time takes around 3 weeks overseas, 2 weeks domestic
  • custom orders take generally 3-5 weeks to create, package and post
Can you repair my broken/misshapen Rejewels piece?

Yes I can and I won't charge you for it either! (besides postage or gemstone replacement) - I am committing to offering free repairs for life to ensure your piece is well loved for the longest of time.

 

How can I clean my rusted silver jewelry?

You can use the baking soda & aluminium technique (do not use this with gemstone pieces) 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup hot water

salt

piece of aluminum foil (big enough to cover a bowl or plate)

1tbsp baking soda

METHOD

Cover a plate with aluminium foil. Add 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of baking soda. Then pour the hot (not boiling) water onto the plate. Stir to dissolve the powders. Now place your silver in the solution. Wait a few minutes, take out silver and polish if needed.

 

I have a lot of single earrings and broken jewelry, could I donate those pieces too?

Yes absolutely! Whatever I don’t use will be donated or will find a different use for it. Rejewels is always looking for solutions to keep the recycling wheel going.

 

Is all of your jewelry redesigned or just some pieces?

Just some of the pieces are. Often times, I receive antique or vintage pieces that have been kept in such pristine condition that nothing except cleaning is necessary.
